Mexico Training Center
- Would you like to be able to hire foreign H-2A workers who come equipped with legal CDL licenses and avoid the entire Department of Transportation process?
- Are you tired of paying overpriced transportation costs to get your foreign worker into the United States?
- Have you ever had an issue with an employee that was not resolved professionally?
- Would you like to know more about how Employment USA can help?
If you answered yes to any of the above, Employment USA is here to help.
- Employment USA will set up a training school in Mexico to train Mexican Nationals to be operators of custom harvesters, have an equivalent to the U.S. CDL license, and to be able to understand basic English terminology.
- Employment USA will select capable and committed workers to train in this school.
- Employment USA will do all paperwork required to bring these workers into the USA at a cost effective price to Custom Harvester Association Members, and have a service department to help you every step of the way throughout the duration of the contract.
Employment USA has an exciting opportunity we would like to make available to all custom harvesters in the U.S. Many of you have struggled to obtain quality and sufficient help from various countries due to their political climate and progressive changes to political views. Employment USA has seen a trend towards favoring workers out of Mexico. This and the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) are just a couple of the reasons why Employment USA has been reallocating its resources to the Mexican worker. We have worked over the last year to solidify our recruitment efforts in Mexico in order to offer you this opportunity. Employment USA is a visa specialist with a fantastic reputation for over 10 years in the seasonal employment sector. We have the intimate knowledge and experience to make this opportunity a reality for all firms in need of trained seasonal help.
What are the advantages of using a worker out of Mexico?
- Cost, can get the workers here for far less than other countries, and if we need to replace a worker that does not fit into the operation we can do that at no additional cost to your firm.
- CDL license, due to NAFTA there is an equivalent license that Employment USA requires each of our workers to have before enrolling in our school; we walk them through the process in Mexico. This will save you thousand of dollars, and a substantial amount of time. You will no longer have to deal with trying to get your workers to pass the DOT license test.
- Work Ethic, we have had a tremendous amount of success with the quality of the worker that we recruit out of Mexico.
- Loyalty, these workers are very loyal, we are teaching them additional skills, (many have combine experience already); this will show in their efforts in your operation.
- NAFTA will allow you to take them into Canada for a portion of the season, we are still working out the details on this portion; we will make additional information available at a later date.
One of the main concerns that I know a lot of you have with regard to using Mexican workers is the language barrier. We are currently putting together an extensive curriculum to help the worker understand harvesting terminology and basic English communication. We all know that it is not easy to learn a new language, and we know there will be some struggles in this regard for the first season or two. Employment USA will be here to support you every step of the way. We are going to have a translation center that your firm can call to assist in situations where communication seems to be an issue. This will be a service that we provide to help in the transition from the traditional English speaking countries that you may have used for workers in the past.
How do we show that we are committed, what do you need from us?
Employment USA is just asking for a small refundable $250 deposit along with a filled out employee profile and a 10 minute phone consultation to put your application together. To be a part of our program for the 2011 season we have to have interest by August 15th 2010.
Please do not hesitate to contact our office with additional questions.
